We ask that you inspect your windows and doors for any deterioration that may be occurring in the weather-stripping, hinges and other operating parts as well as exterior cladding and caulking.

With expansion and contraction occurring in the different seasons as well as damage that may occur in severe weather, there is a chance that some maintenance may need to happen. 

We recommend the application of silicone spray on all moving parts at least once a year, and if your hardware is hard to move, this will greatly improve performance.

Latching and securing your hardware on your windows every time you close them will ensure your security and help maintain the original integrity of the product.

Spray off your siding at least twice a year to help maintain its luster and colour.
 
Failure to operate your products properly or to maintain them in a timely fashion could affect warranties and may incur a service call fee.
